The game was made available on multiple platforms with Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable and PC all receiving releases. It wasn’t until Feb 19th 2008 that we saw it hit the West with a North American release, with an EU launch on March 7th, and Australia being left to wait later until March 13th. The game itself experienced something of a staggered release, with an early arrival in Japan on November 11 th, 2007 seeing the game come bundled with the 40gb PS3.
For those who jumped into Dynasty Warriors 6 though, the experience brought about somewhat mixed opinions, with many finding issues with the lack of improvement over its predecessor, whilst others gave praise to the amount of content available through levelling up and mastering each of the character’s campaign adventures – all this despite finding further issue with the heavy repetition within each of the campaign’s available.
